These general terms and conditions apply to all transactions between Agger Glamping and the guest. Any deviations from these trading terms and conditions must be made by written agreement between the parties.

1. Reservation and order confirmation

When Agger Glamping has received the reservation, Agger Glamping sends an order confirmation as soon as possible to the specified e-mail with information about the order number, name and address as well as an overview of the reservation, including reservation number etc.

A final agreement is considered concluded upon receipt of our order confirmation. Only the content of the order confirmation is binding for Agger Glamping.

Any reservation on the website shall be considered solely as an invitation to submit an offer. A final agreement on the reservation will therefore only be made when Agger Glamping has accepted the reservation.

Agger Glamping reserves the right for any errors in prices, available rooms and similar tender material on the website.

When booking a room online, the guest must provide the necessary personal information required by public authorities and which is necessary for Agger Glamping to register the person or persons who will be staying at the hotel.

All guests must, among other things, state their full name, address and telephone number. Upon arrival, the guest must present valid identification and confirm the information by signing.
Processing of personal information takes place in accordance with applicable legislation and in accordance with point 8.

2. Prices

All prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT and in Danish kroner, unless otherwise stated.
The total price, which appears in the order confirmation and which is stated before the reservation, stated on the website, includes VAT, fees and any other costs.

3. Payment terms

Payment of the order confirmation takes place on arrival at Agger Glamping.

We accept the following means of payment: Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa.

4. Arrival and departure

Unless otherwise agreed, the room is available from 12.00 on the day of arrival until 10.00 on the day of departure. If the departure time is not respected, Agger Glamping reserves the right to add an extra night to the bill.

Use of the room beyond the specified arrival/departure time can be arranged for a separate payment.

5. Right of withdrawal

It is expressly pointed out that no statutory right of withdrawal applies when booking hotel rooms or similar services. Reservations cannot therefore be cancelled, and reference is made to the cancellation conditions below.

6. Cancellation and no-show

Cancellation can be made by writing to the hotel at the latest on the day of arrival at 12.00. If the cancellation is made in time, the reservation will be cancelled.

In case of cancellation later than 12.00 on the day of arrival, 100% of the confirmed price is paid incl. VAT

If the guest does not show up without a valid cancellation, 100% of the confirmed price is paid incl. VAT

For stays marked “non-refundable”, binding registration applies and there is no possibility of cancellation.

7. Changing reservations

If it becomes necessary to change a reservation, Agger Glamping can be contacted on tel. 50 12 12 12 or by e-mail mail@aggerglamping.dk to hear more about the possibility of this.

8. Personal information

When using our website, the guest leaves personal information. The guest can contact Agger Glamping if information is desired about which data is registered about the guest, or if information is to be deleted or corrected.
The information is collected for marketing purposes, including sending electronic newsletters etc. about our services and business.

We only use the information for marketing purposes, including sending out newsletters, if the guest has expressly given his prior consent to this. The guest can always unsubscribe from newsletters etc. if the guest does not wish to receive them in the future.

In addition, the information about the guest is used – name, address, e-mail, etc. – only to fulfill the guest’s order and inform the guest if unforeseen problems with the delivery should arise. Agger Glamping will under no circumstances pass on the guest’s information to third parties, unless the guest has expressly consented to this.

Information regarding the guest’s order as well as any other buyer information is stored in accordance with applicable legislation. The storage takes place i.a. to ensure correct handling of any complaints.

The guest has the right to gain insight into the information that Agger Glamping has registered about the guest, as well as raise objections to the registration.

9. Disclaimer (force majeure)

Agger Glamping is not responsible for non-fulfillment if it is proven that the non-fulfillment is due to war, riots, civil unrest, government intervention, blockade, intervention by local authorities, seizure, fire, natural disasters, strike, lockout, export or import ban, interruptions of ordinary traffic or other reasons beyond Agger Glamping’s control.

If, at Agger Glamping’s discretion, there is an obstacle to fulfillment of the above kind, both the guest and Agger Glamping are entitled either immediately or later to cancel concluded unfulfilled agreements, without this being considered a breach on the part of either party.

10. Venue and choice of law

Any dispute between Agger Glamping and the guest must be settled according to Danish law at Agger Glamping’s home court, provided that it does not contravene mandatory legal regulations.
If a court should find any provision of these terms and conditions invalid, the remaining provisions will not be affected thereby.
